When I was packing for my trip to New York City I planned out all of my outfits ahead of time rather than just throwing pieces into my suitcase. Since there would be a lot of walking involved I needed something comfortable to explore the city in. I purchased these studded Ash biker boots back in 2011 and they were my go-to shoe during the winter. It had been a couple years since I last wore them so I was excited to put them on again. Going for an edgy NYC street style look I paired them with faux leather leggings, a deconstructed denim jacket and a small black cross-body. To soften the style I wanted to add a pop of color so I choose a pink oversized sweater and pastel Tarina Tarantino jewelry. The outfit was ideal for spending the day at the The Museum of Modern Art and then heading to The Plaza for cookies and hot cocoa.
