I found this Spicy Avocado Sandwich recipe on The Coveteaur, and my boyfriend and I decided to make it. You really can’t go wrong with eggs and Avocado, which are perfect day or night.  Also, if your having friends over for Sunday brunch, it’s easy to make and would go great with Mimosas.
