I often find myself lacking the motivation to hit the gym. Especially this time of the year when the days are shorter and colder. Discovering Yoga My first time trying yoga was a couple years ago. I was in search for a new workout and had heard great reviews from friends. I learned quickly why so many people love this exercise.
