Every Monday and Wednesday, Billy and I receive fresh, pre-made vegan dishes from the meal delivery service Thistle. In honor of National Ice Cream Day I thought I’d put a twist on the basic s’mores we all enjoyed as children. The other day when I came across SmashMellow’s Cinnamon Churro Marshmallows, I knew I had to replace the traditional marshmallows that I had been using.
