I have an enormous sweet tooth so I look for any excuse to indulge in sugar. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner I thought about various ways to celebrate, other than the typical cookies and cupcakes. Hotel birthday party

A few years ago Billy and I started a tradition of spending the days leading up to Christmas Eve in New York City. This past December it was my third time spending the days leading up to Christmas in NYC. On December 18th Billy and I flew from Los Angeles to Windsor Locks, CT (about 15 minutes from my childhood home in Massachusetts) and then on to my parents house. All of my Christmas gifts were shipped there, so I devoted the next day wrapping and packing for New York.
