Connecticut Shoreline

For the first 20 years of my life, my family and I had a tradition that I looked forward to every year. Each summer we would pack up the car and head down to the Connecticut shoreline. In honor of National Ice Cream Day I thought I’d put a twist on the basic s’mores we all enjoyed as children. The other day when I came across SmashMellow’s Cinnamon Churro Marshmallows, I knew I had to replace the traditional marshmallows that I had been using.
