Discovering Yoga My first time trying yoga was a couple years ago. I was in search for a new workout and had heard great reviews from friends. I learned quickly why so many people love this exercise. During the hot months I like to keep my makeup routine as simple as possible. There’s nothing worse than walking around or laying out in the extreme heat to feel that my skin can’t breath or to look in the mirror and see that my makeup is smudged and that it no longer looks like how it did when I left my apartment 20 minutes ago.
