30 Activities I Plan on Checking Off My Summer Bucket List

A few years ago when I was living in Los Angeles, I made a summer bucket list which was filled with 25 things I wanted to do before the season ended. It had activities that could only be done in L.A., that were mixed with typical fun stuff like having a bonfire on the beach and making s’mores. As that September approached I checked off mostly everything on my list, which made for a remarkable three months. This year will be my first full summer on the East Coast in almost 10 years. Springtime in Los Angeles and All The Things I’m Looking Forward To Doing

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been an entire year since the Covid-19 lockdowns began. Most of 2020 was spent hibernating indoors, but things are finally looking up. Restaurants, museums, movie theaters, salons, and other businesses are opening up again after being closed for months. When it comes to making my weekend plans I try to make them about a week in advance if possible and occasionallyRead More →

Growing up on the east coast, fall has always been one of my favorite seasons. The leaves turning, the nights starting to get cooler, sitting by the fireplace, knowing that Christmas is around the corner… Fall in Los Angeles, is quite different. As I type, it’s currently 76 degrees outside. I still try to take what I love about fall and make new traditions. Here’s a mix of things I adopted back in Massachusetts (like, cold nights binging on Netflix and football games), along with new things (farmers markets, Urth Caffe pumpkin pie, and new recipes). 1.
