30 Day Yoga Challenge

The beginning of a new year is a great time to push yourself into starting a challenge that will test your perseverance, patience, and overall fitness ability. The journey for me began towards the end of 2018 when I wrapped up a 30 day hot yoga challenge. Here’s a list of ideas to help you stay on track for 2017. Some good tips to follow are don’t make to many and be specific, make ones that you really want to keep, set smaller goals and work up, and write them down and document your progress.  Read for fun. Respond to emails quicker. Have a “date night” at least once a week. Clean out your closet, cabinets, drawers, desk, under the bed. Donate or toss what you haven’t used in the last year.
